Dave Carroll comments on Swimmo's line....

In 2005 members of SBKC went on a mission with Kipper Maguire & Colin Irvine from Tiglin to the French Alps.

While there we took the opportunity to settle the age old question of " Who gets the Best Line"...

Admittedly Elvis Halton was not included in this competition as he had to leave early to attend a major session and the marriage of his little sis.

So, it was down to Joe the lunatic Coxon, Adrian Swimmo Wimsey and myself Paul The Cool One Maguire.

Swimmo went first, and according to the 20+ witnesses he totally stuffed the line flipping on the first drop..

He just couldn't handle the big stuff. Then it was my turn...Now what can I say... Perfecto!! not boasting but that is just how it was. Then the Lunatic Coxon... brilliant run down only to be put off at the last minute by the look of terror on Swimmo's face.

Later in 05 and indeed into 06 at Jackson's and the like the debate continued until while in Slovenia I showed the video's to renowned international paddler and all round nice guy Dave Carroll...

Well you can see from the clip what Dave thought... Question is finally answered... sorry Swimmo....
